How do I complete my order?
Once you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button found on the Shopping Cart page. Review the items in your virtual shopping cart. You will then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Once this is complete, you will be directed to PayPal to confirm your payment. You may either sign in using your existing PayPal account OR simply pay with your credit card on PayPal's secure site. No need to have a PayPal account!
The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved. Your credit card information is never shared with us. Paying with PayPal is one of the safest ways to pay online. If you have any questions; don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do I have to pay tax?
At this time we are NOT required to charge any taxes on our products. Just another bonus for purchasing from Crazie Maisie's Creations.
No taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The purchaser is however responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.

Purchase any item from Crazie Maisie's Creations RISK FREE. We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Paula at 403-519-2750 or via e-mail at craziemaisies@shaw.ca for a replacement or refund.
All exchanges and returns must be completed with 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, unused, with all tags attached and still with original packaging. All sales become final after 14 days from purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item and will be issued less shipping and handling charges. If items are being exchanged, customers will incur charges for shipping the original item back as well as charges for shipping the new item out. Free shipping will be provided if an error was made by Crazie Maisie's Creations or if the wrong item was delivered.
How long before I receive my order?
At Crazie Maisie's Creations, we do our best to promptly ship your purchases as soon as possible. Orders are processed each weekday (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. All orders will be shipped within 12 hours of receiving payment. You will be notified via e-mail once your item has been shipped. In the case of an item being out of stock or custom ordered, you will be notified by email with regard to the approximate shipping date.
We ask that you allow up to 10 days for items to arrive. Although, the average is around 2-7 business days from the time your order is placed.
What is our Privacy Policy?
At Crazie Maisie's Creations we will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
